About us
The Japanese Language institute, MIRAI is located in Kobe, which is the leading cosmopolitan city of Japan. Our school is located in Sannomiya district, in the center of Kobe with the sea to the south and mountains to the north. With the port, Kobe has evolved throughout history,drawing International traders and different cultures to its shores.
The re-opening of our school in 2016 will include new and improved education facilities, with excellent teachers, offering the best quality of learning.We strive to enhance student life not only with education but a rich cultural experience.

① Employment support in JAPAN
Should you wish to enhance your experience even further and practice the use of language in real life, then a part time job could be ideal. The school will support in finding such opportunities, do an introduction to the company and assist with the interview if needed.
② Go Guidance
For students aiming to further their education and attend a university or college, our school will assist in the application process and selection of the course.
③ Student Support
Being away from home and studying in a different country could feel challenging at times. Our dedicated student advisors will assist in all matters of daily life to make your stay in Japan as comfortable and easy as possible. To reduce the economic burden on the student, we have various options for accommodation to choose from.
- Weekly Mansion – Similar to a B&B but self catering facilities.
- Home stay – Here we place you with a local family where you can practice your new language skills and learn more about the Japanese culture ( only for the short course program ).
- Student Dormitory – Choice of shared or individual rooms with self catering facilities.
- Apartment – For those who wish to have more privacy a furnished apartment is an option. One or more bedrooms available.

In the building where the school is situated, there is a shopping arcade with a big selection of restaurants and a food court and many other essential stores to cater for all your needs as a student. There is also a lounge with Rokko mountain views inside the school, you can enjoy spending your break with your friends to have coffee and tea.

Volunteer Activities
Joining volunteer activities does not only widen the student’s idea of social contribution but also helps in bonding with local people in their own environment, leading to a greater understanding of the local culture. Therefore we encourage students to join the volunteer activities and for a richer experience. A lesson taught in Language and a lesson taught in Life.
Sports&Culture Club Support
We encourage students to join sports and cultural activities for self-development and a healthy life in Japan. There is no better way to distress and relax quite like sports! We will introduce the sports and cultural club teams to join and we will even plan events such as a college Sports Day!
Facility
Due to renovations in 2016, our school building is in excellent condition. Although we are conveniently located in the center of Kobe city, the premises still overlook the natural beauty of Mount. Rokko from the window of the classroom. Students can enjoy the use of our comprehensive library to study and read books. There is nursing room as well. In addition, we have established support offices for the students about the everyday life, part-time jobs and advance schooling after finishing our courses.
